How to Download Instagram Reels on Android
Android users can use ReelSave directly in Chrome or another modern browser to save a supported public Reel they own or have permission to download.
Step 1: Copy the Reel URL
Open Instagram, open the Reel, use Share, and copy the direct link. You can verify the link using the steps in How to Copy an Instagram Reel Link.
Step 2: Paste it into ReelSave
Open the Instagram Reels Downloader, paste the link, and choose Download.
Step 3: Find the file on Android
Most Android browsers save downloads in the Downloads folder. You can usually find the file through the browser’s Downloads screen, the Files app, or your device’s file manager. Your exact location can vary with browser settings.
If the link does not work
Check that the Reel loads in a logged-out browser. If it needs your Instagram session, belongs to a private account, or has been removed, ReelSave will not bypass the restriction.
